The counterpoint to Senior
Andrew Wildman is the other artist whose name defines the Marvel era of Transformers, and the natural counterpoint to Geoff Senior. Where Senior brought grounded weight, Wildman brought motion: angular, kinetic figures caught mid-explosion, all energy and attitude.
He drew long stretches of the Marvel US and UK run as it built toward its conclusion, and later helped carry Generation 2.
Bookending the saga
When IDW relaunched the original continuity as Regeneration One in 2012, it was Wildman on interior art alongside Furman's scripts, making him one of the rare artists to bookend the entire Marvel-derived saga from the 1980s to the 2010s.

Collecting his originals
The deepest market of any artist profiled here, and the most attainable place to start collecting the classic era.
Legacy
Between the original Marvel run, Generation 2, and the Regeneration One revival, Wildman drew more of the classic continuity than almost anyone. His pages are also the easiest of this group to actually own.
