The story
Optimus races the wounded Spike to Farmingham Hospital and is ambushed by Soundwave, Laserbeak and Rumble, using the Matrix of Leadership to restore the hospital's power. Starscream and Soundwave tear the injured Skywarp apart to repair Teletraan 1.
Why this issue matters
Skywarp dismantled and merged into Teletraan 1 (mind persists). Jazz and Rumble debut. Final-page reveal: Optimus has replaced his missing arm with Megatron's, fusion cannon and all.
