Skybound’s Energon Universe panel at New York Comic Con is on Saturday, October 10, from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM ET in North-Room 406.2 of the Javits Center.
The show prints the title in capitals: TRANSFORMERS & G.I. JOE: WHAT’S NEXT FOR THE ENERGON UNIVERSE? The listing opens on “THE ENERGON UNIVERSE IN CHAOS!” and names the people on stage. Robert Kirkman speaks for Void Rivals and Transformers, Jason Howard for Transformers, Tom Reilly for G.I. Joe, Dan Watters for M.A.S.K. and Conor Hughes for Void Rivals.

Is there another Skybound session with Transformers in it?
Yes, the day before. Skybound Comics: Vision for the Future is Friday, October 9, from 4:00 to 4:45 PM ET in North-Room 406.3. The listing promises a new slate across Transformers, Invincible and Universal Monsters, with Stephen Graham Jones, Leandro Fernandez and Tate Brombal among the guests. Transformers is named and G.I. Joe is not, so Friday is the publisher’s wider slate with a Transformers seat at it, and Saturday is the Energon Universe session.
Where the book stands going in
The first issue of Skybound’s Transformers has gone back to press for a fifteenth printing. Issue 36 reached shops on September 9, and issues 37, 38 and 39 are solicited through to December 9 with Kirkman writing all three. Image lists Volume 6 for November 11. The wider story of the shared universe is in our Energon Universe milestone report.
A note on the G.I. Joe half of the title: the film crossover is a separate thing, and we reported it out of development on October 2. This panel is about the comics.
Everything we are tracking for Transformers at the show is on the NYCC 2026 hub, and anything announced in this panel will be added there with the source. We have not seen a list of what Skybound plans to say.
