The story
Mortally wounded after his duel with Soundwave, Starscream flashes back to his pre-war life on Cybertron as 'Ulchtar', friend to Genvo and Jetfire. Megatron recruits him and he renames himself Starscream after Genvo's last words; in the present a M.A.R.S. Industries salvage team claims his legless body.
Why this issue matters
Starscream's origin. Confirms his original name as Ulchtar. First appearance of Genvo; Omega Supreme flashback cameo that pays off in #24.
