The story

Shredhead saves the Autobots from Decepticon reinforcements, while on Earth a G.I. Joe strike team abducts Ultra Magnus and a tranquilized Carly. In Seattle, Devastator throws himself and Bruticus off a skyscraper and the Starscream/Soundwave duel is halted by the arrival of Megatron.

Why this issue matters

Megatron's proper return to the present-day cast. He revives Ravage with the power of his own spark, hinting at a dark counterpart to the Matrix.
