The story

Wheeljack works out that Megatron's arm is blocking the Matrix from recharging just as the Decepticons assault the Ark. Optimus has his own troops shoot the corrupting arm off him, Megatron reclaims it, and in gun mode severs Superion's arm.

Why this issue matters

Death of Slingshot, decapitated by Megatron. Optimus's Megatron arm is destroyed, confirming in-story that it was corrupting him. Aerialbots first combine into Superion in this series.
