The story
Starscream absorbs a fraction of the Underbase and, godlike, slaughters nearly every unbonded Autobot and Decepticon on Earth while levelling cities. Optimus redirects the Underbase into Starscream himself, and the full download destroys him.
Why this issue matters
The peak of the Underbase Saga and the single most infamous issue of the run: a double-sized massacre that killed off most of the toy line in one go, plus the deaths of Starscream and Ratbat.
