Hasbro showed these figures at its press preview on Wednesday of last week and priced none of them. The wave has been photographed, panelled and written up since, and through all of it not one of the eight carried a price; we said so twice ourselves. At 1 PM ET this afternoon the listings went live, and there are eight of them.

What is up, and what it costs

Read off Hasbro’s own product pages this afternoon, not off a round-up of them:

  • The Last Knight Leader Class Megatron, $59.99.
  • The Transformers: The Movie Leader Class Dinobot Swoop, $59.99.
  • Movie 1 Voyager Class Autobot Ironhide, $42.99.
  • Movie 1 Voyager Class Autobot Ratchet, $42.99.
  • Movie 1 Deluxe Class Autobot Jazz, $29.99.
  • The Transformers: The Movie Deluxe Class Autobot Wheelie, $29.99.
  • The Transformers: The Movie Deluxe Class Allicon, $29.99.
  • Transformers ONE Deluxe Class Shockwave, $29.99.

All eight carry a Pre-Order badge, and all eight give the same ship date: Hasbro says each one will ship on approximately 1 February 2027. The panel last Thursday said only “early 2027”, so this is the first time the window has had a day attached to it [1].

The Deluxes come in at $29.99

This wave is where that stops looking like a one-off. We watched the first one go by on 22 September, when pre-orders opened for the Studio Series Awakening Bumblebee at $29.99. The Devastation Bumblebee he retools was still sitting on the same storefront at the old $27.99. One figure crossing a tier is a rounding error, or a licence, or a heavier box. Four of them in a single wave, with no Deluxe left behind at the old price, is the tier moving.

Hasbro has not announced anything, there is no statement to quote, and a price on a pre-order listing can come down before the thing ships. But the four Deluxes in this wave are ordinary Deluxes, not anniversary editions or retailer exclusives, and they are all priced the same way on the day they went up.

The round-ups have not caught up yet. ToyHypeUSA’s pre-order post this afternoon lists the wave by class and prints $27.99 against every Deluxe in it [2], which is what a Deluxe cost for most of this year.

Where to order

BigBadToyStore has all eight, and we read every one of the eight listings this afternoon: same prices as Hasbro, every one showing Pre-Order with the add to cart control live rather than a waitlist. Megatron and Swoop are $59.99 there, Ironhide and Ratchet $42.99, and Jazz, Wheelie, Allicon and Shockwave $29.99 [3].

Two of the eight are odd picks for this line whatever they cost. Swoop is a Leader Class Dinobot from the 1986 film, which puts him in the same bracket as the Grimlock that line has already produced; and Allicon is a Quintesson guard from the same film, now in Deluxe plastic. Megatron is the one most people will recognise, in the Cybertronian jet mode from the 2017 film.

The rest of the 2027 shelf, including the four Age of the Primes figures shown at the same press preview, is on our NYCC 2026 guide, and the panel that put the date on this afternoon is here.

[1] Hasbro’s wording on every one of the eight listings is that the item “will ship on approximately February 01 2027”. A shipping estimate attached to a pre-order is not a street date, and it moves.

[2] Its Leader and Voyager figures are right at $59.99 and $42.99, so this is a stale Deluxe line in a table rather than a wrong reading of a listing.

[3] Each BigBadToyStore listing also carries a Mint Pro packaging row and a graded-and-cased row above the figure’s own price. Those are packaging services, and the price in this post is the base tier on each listing.
